To say, “I am better than 90 percent of rappers” is not an opinion — it’s a claim. Wording like, “I believe I am better than 90 percent of rappers” would be an example of stating an opinion. Sorry, I don’t believe Budden is better than 90 percent of rappers — I don’t see it.
