On a related note, Sheek recently spoke to Mikey Fresh for a Vibe article in which he recalled a few recording sessions with B.I.G., Jay-Z & DMX. Below is a excerpt from the interview where Sheek recalls the “Get At Me Dog” session.

“…[Irv Gotti said,] ‘I need you get hyped like you how know one else you can.’ It was early in the day and there were mad people in the studio just drinking and shit. I just did my part on some freestyle shit right in front of X and he started screaming ‘Get At Me Dog!’ right back in my face. Everybody in the room was going crazy, breaking shit.”
