  • 50 Cent & French Montana Take Shots At Each Other

You can’t say you didn’t see this one coming from a mile away. After catching wind of a interview French Montana did with Complex, 50 Cent retreated to his Twitter to let French Montana have it. While French is signed to Diddy’s Bad Boy Records, were sure his alliance with 50 Cent’s nemesis Rick Ross seems to be the root of 50′s issues with French. Take a look at the back & forth between the two NY rappers in the quotes/Tweets below:

French on 50 Cent’s career hurting:

“I feel like beef hurt him. I feel like it helped Ross unite people. That’s why Maybach Music is one of the biggest labels. It just makes sense…Of course, Ross is on his fifth album. And like I said, he’s only getting bigger. This is going to be Ross’ first platinum album. He never went platinum. So when 50 came up, 50 sold 10 million. Then after his first album he just kept on going down. You think 50 could come out and sell 10 million now?” (via HHDX)

    50 Cent responds via Twitter:

French Montana you ain’t Sh!t boy. You out your league talking about me you hoe.i read your little interview what the fucx is you high. French your Sh!t so weak you never had a song by your self fool. Ain’t nobody’s waiting to hear your verse. Girl @frenchmontana you mine’s well come catch this fade boy. Do you realize this fool @Frenchmontana hasn’t sold one record and talking about sales. Im not tweeting about this little fool No more.I’m a see him and he gonna explain that’s it.

Frnech doesn’t stay quiet that long:

Both rappers have upcoming albums, 50 Cent with his Street King Immortal & French with Excuse My French, so this definitely cannot hurt their upcoming promotional runs.

UPDATE: And the hits keep coming:

  • Shyne Goes Off On Rick Ross Over ‘The Black Bar Mitzvah’ Mixtape Title

Having turned a new leaf since his release in 2010, Shyne now lives life as an Orthodox Jew. Having caught wind of Rick Ross’ new mitape, The Black Bar Mitzvah, the former Bad Boy fired up his Twitter to express his dislike for Ross & all cops/correction officers:

Black bartmitzva? These coppers fantasize about the things that i do daily like these coppers rap about the life I live really! If u was a crooked cop moving all that dope how u become a rapper & expose yourself is a king pin? Where the RICO at? #liar I’m the father. Listen to my bastard child! Mazol tov! http://youtu.be/ohMMwEYYcd0
He’s alright but he’s not real! He’s a cop! He’s not real! F#%^ the police & the former correctional officers! If u a police lover f#%^ u too! I got partners doing life cause they really slung dope. I despise someone who lies about that life

While Shyne has no real gripe with Ross, we can assume this can only stem from Ross’ close affiliation with Shyne’s former boss Diddy. Shyne just released his new mixtape Gangland and Rick Ross will be releasing The Black Bar Mitzvah in a few hours. No response from Ross, yet.

  • Juvenile Has Rejoined Cash Money Records?

Is Juve back on Cash Money? According to producer, Niyo Trump who has worked with Juvenile on some music lately, claims that the former Cash Money Records artist has resigned with the label.

As you may know, Juvenile first left the label he help establish after some monetary disputes in 2001 only to come back to release his Juve The Great CD in 2003 before leaving the label once again. In most recent times, Juvenile has been seen sharing the stage with former label mate Lil Wayne and released a track called “Picture Perfect” featuring both Lil Wayne & Birdman, rumored to be one of the first of many tracks he has recorded with his former label. While no official word is out yet on the deal, it does not seem too far fetched as you may think, so we’ll just have to wait and see if this is true or now..
